Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed arrival time. If we have quoted a fixed price for non-urgent work and you cancel before work begins, there is no charge. If work is already under way, you pay for the hours completed plus any materials supplied. Faulty workmanship reported within the 12-month warranty period is rectified free of charge; where a repair is not satisfactory we will refund the labour cost for that item in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment card within 5 working days of agreement.

Materials supplied by us are ordered specifically for your job. Special-order items (consumer units, EV chargers, decorative lighting) are typically delivered to site within 3–5 working days. You own supplied materials once they are installed and invoiced; uninstalled special-order items can be returned within 14 days subject to supplier terms.
